Jewel in the crown of Puligny-Montrachet
Back in the 1920s, Joseph Leflaive started to produce notable wines at this family-run vineyard, now a flagship producer of Puligny-Montrachet wines with a global reputation. Succeeding generations - Olivier, Vincent, and then Anne-Claude Leflaive - were fired by the same passion and ambition, that of developing the Domain to the highest level of excellence.
Since the early 1990s and for nearly 25 years now, Anne-Claude Leflaive, a pioneer of organic and biodynamic winegrowing practices in the Burgundy region, has successfully built up the global reputation both of the Domain and of the Burgundy grands crus by developing wines of exceptional finesse and incomparable elegance.
Since 2015, Brice de la Morandière, great grandson of Joseph Leflaive, has steadfastly pursued this quest for excellence in full respect of the vineyard's natural surroundings and terroirs.
