This traditional wine producing company, located in the heart of the vineyard on the Moussy hillsides since 1847, is one of the town’s oldest businesses, built up over generations as a small-scale family-run enterprise.

4 generations of family members, all passionately dedicated to the production of wine, have contributed to the development of the Michel vineyard.

In 1955, José Michel, a visionary winegrower and producer, striving to continuously improve the quality of his wines, adapted the 3 Champagne grape varieties to grow in perfect terrains with ideal exposure.
