Étienne Sauzet built a reputation as a top-quality producer of Puligny-Montrachet and Côte de Beaune with a range of wines that boast exceptional quality year in year out, together with superb finesse, sought after by wine enthusiasts in France and abroad. A range of prime plots in Puligny-Montrachet. Émilie Boudot, the great granddaughter of Étienne Sauzet, and her husband, Benoît Riffault, have taken over the management of the estate, continuing the tradition for excellence through a biodynamic approach.
